Worship Central Course

A great new course for worship teams and leaders from Worship Central is starting in 2012.

Worship Central is an international movement that aims to encounter God, equip the worshipper and empower the local church, and Simon Bray, Director of Music and Worship at St Michael le Belfrey, is one of many Worship Central regional advisors around the world.

The seven session Worship Central Course has been five years in the making, and involved loads of top theologians, church leaders and worship leaders.

Along with York Elim and York Vineyard, St Mikes are so pleased to be running it, and opening the course up to worship musicians and teams from any church who would like to come along.

The sessions will be on monthly Monday evenings from 7:30-9:30pm, on the following dates:

9 January – Why is Worship Central?
13 February – Encounter God
5 March – Leading Worship
2 April – Releasing Creativity
14 May – The Effective Team
11 June – How To Play Together
2 July – The Authentic Leader

All the sessions will be in St Michael’s, starting with coffee and something good in the cake/pudding line!
