Our new One Voice Social Action Team has a vision…
…to mobilise the church to be a significant contributor to social transformation in the city of York.
We have started to develop two focus teams for specific areas of social transformation:
REFUGEES
A focus team (made up of Church, Ministry and Christian Charity leaders who are supporting refugees) is looking at what God could do through us together that we couldn’t do on our own.
POVERTY
A focus team (made up of Church, Ministry and Christian Charity leaders who are combatting poverty) is looking at what God could do through us together that we couldn’t do on our own.
